Product Description 16GB MICROSDHC SECURE DIGITAL

| Customer Reviews: Works as advertised May 13, 2010 AZFlyer (Phoenix, AZ) I bought this card to expand the storage on my Sansa Clip+ mp3 player. Class 2 is not a factor when playing music files, although it did take about an hour and a half to load 16G worth of mp3 files on board. No biggie, since I only have to do it once.
Overall, I'm happy with it. It turned my 8G music player into a 24G music player instantly. Well worth the price.
For the guy that bought the phony card, that's getting pretty common on the 'net these days. I specifically paid a few bucks more and ordered direct from Amazon to avoid just that scenario. Independent sellers seem to be the most common source of phonies.
Satisfied January 30, 2010 Csaba Fozo I've been massively using this microSDHC 16Gb card in the last 2 months in a BB8900 and it works just the way it should. The Class 2 speed is perfectly acceptable, it takes less than 1 sec to save a ~1Mb sized picture taken with the BB. The adapter works well too. I'm pretty satisfied with the product.
Pay attention when buying January 18, 2010 D. Gardner (Cupertino, CA USA) Please note that these larger-capacity cards are SDHC, not the older style SD. This means that not every device or reader can use it properly. Make sure your device or you card reader can read SDHC. If it doesn't say so explicitly, it probably only supports SD. Read the manual.
I am using mine in a Samsung Rogue phone to hold my music collection, where it works great. However, the card reader slot in my older Dell monitor only supports SD cards, so it can't read/write to the card properly. I had to put the card in the phone and use the phone's "mass storage" menu setting and a USB cable to load the card up with music.

Received this item from bigfootaccessories as a gift. The card had been reprogrammed to report its capacity as 16GB, when it is in fact an 8GB card. Windows reports the card as having a capacity of 16GB, but it will only hold 8GB. Once more than 8GB is added to the card, some files are corrupted and overwritten. This is a common, well-documented issue, so bigfootaccessories should be aware of this. This seller is selling illegal cards.
Works great April 23, 2009 technoshopper (Palos Verdes, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I used two of these in a Sony Memory Stick Duo Pro adapter in my PSP and it works great. I can now store a bunch of movies.
