thumbs down!October 8, 2008 Rebecca(USA) Hi, I used one on my dog and I am sorry to say I do not recommend this product. I used it with a very gentle touch due to my dog's sensitive skin. It did remove alot of hair, so the first time I used it I thought I was going to love it. After only the second time, I noticed how thin and damaged her coat was. It not only removed loose hair, but also breaks and damages the remaining hair, which causes it to fall out more quickly. She now sheds more than ever, and I am very unhappy with the condition of her coat! It's thin, patchy and feels rough to the touch do to the damage.

My German Sheppard looks smooth and shiny. And he acts like he is MUCH more comfortable.

I get hair out of my dog everytime I use it and she's got short hair. I can imagine it works even better on long haired dogs. Well worth the extra money. It was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape in a plastic package.
