Great camera with all you need to get started!! January 6, 2009

This was purchased as a gift. A great deal! Everything was included that you needed to get started taking great pictures. Shopped around for a long time for the Nikon D60 and this was the best deal. Nice camera, light weight, easy to use, takes a nice picture. Would recommend for a beginning to intermediate photographer.

This was a very good purchase. I'm quite pleased with both the product and the price. I've see similar deals at Best Buy and other stores but none have come close to the deal here.

actually i live in Kuwait and when i decided to buy this nikon D60 i was afraid to lose some conditions...but i got the camera with all set in excellent condition and perfect packing...i used the camera in the same delivery day and i didn't need any extra accessories. i can't talk about the photos taken, this is D60 small and effective Camera.

Don't buy this kit, spend the extra $50.00 for the kit that has the VR 55-200zoom. I made this mistake and had to return the whole package. The VR (vibration reduction lens) makes it easier to take pictures without the need for a tripod. I actually upgraded to the 70-300VR zoom. What confused me was that the standard 18-55 lens is VR & I assumed the zoom was also VR.

after doing my resaearch about cameras - this Nikon is easy to use and has been taking Great pictures, from day one !!!
Also, everything included and thrown in has been working really well!
I am going to buy again and tell friends about this purchase.
