This was a gift for my wife. She loves this camera. I ordered the crimson red, but got the gold although the box shows it in red. She loves it in any color. I haven't seen her this excited over any gift in a very long time. I might buy one for me now.

I have always been a fan of Nikon and so when I received my new Coolpix S60 I had high expectations. What a disappointment. The touchscreen is so far behind the technology on my iPhone that it seems like a child's toy.
The vibration reduction seems to be non-existent, photos have movement and are just not "crisp" at all.
The shutter speed is really slow - you have to time things and "pre-shoot" in order to capture the image.
After trying to see any positives in the camera for a week I returned it.
Really, really disappointed.

The camera is excellent. The battery can be used for three days after it is charged. The pictures are great. I like the scene option because it automatically chooses an appropriate back ground for you.

Bought the camera as a Xmas gift for my wife. She loves it especially the built in picture editor. Very easy to use and takes great pictures.

I bought this item for my daughters chritmas present. She loves it! After seeing how it works, the touch screen, the scroll from picture to picture, etc... I want one myself.
