Product Description Hodgepodge is a completely random blend which may contain only one kind of candy we produce, or several kinds of candy we produce, excluding Jelly Belly beans (with few exceptions). One Hodgepodge bag may contain some Sunkist Fruit Gems, some Neon Inchworms, or even some chocolates. Almost everything else in our lineup is fair game, including famous Confections like Candy Corn, Gummi Bears and more! The only candies you won't ever find in a Hodgepodge bag are Jelly Belly jelly beans (obviously!), Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans?, or Sugar-Free candies. Of course, they're a little bit on the irregular side, meaning their shape or color is somewhat off. But the quality of flavor and freshness isn't affected at all. Every piece still delicious! Hodgepodge bags contain a lot of different assortments, and each bag is randomly packed. Consider it a tasty surprise!Net weight 2.5 lbs.

Hodgepodge February 27, 2008 James B. Durham III (Muskogee Oklahoma) The product was packaged nicely and arrived in exclent conditon. It didi not have as large of a variety of candy that I expected. Overall this is a good value from a great company.
Hodgepodge a hit at work! February 19, 2008 Jeff I brought a bag of Hodgepodge into the office last week. The stuff went like... well, candy! The wide selection of your confections was a huge hit! It made me the man of the hour. Thanks.
Product OK January 7, 2008 Lauretta6 (San Diego) The Hodgepodge is alright. I put the whole bag out for Christmas and it was gone. The candy in the bag was a little weird. I got a lot of Licorice gummy bears and cherry lips. Must be Valentines candy. It was fresh candy and quite a mix of things. I wanted some sunkiss jellys but did not get any of those. We prefer the Jelly Belly mix but the company was out of those bags.
hodge podge purchase December 21, 2007 ortkid This is my second purchase of the hodge podge mixture. I find it fantastic in its wide assortment of types, sizes and flavors. It is also a very good value.

I bought 3 bags of hodgepodge, hoping for a good variety...so much for that. All 3 bags were identical, about 2/3 full of fruit gems, the other 1/3 being a mix of cinnamun jelly hearts, pectin jelly beans, and what I believe were rejected gummy slugs from Jelly Belly's Harry Potter line. The fruit gems seemed old, they were mostly rather hardened, not the nice soft fruit gems you can buy in stores. The cinnamon hearts were also rather hard, for the most part, though they seemed a bit fresher than the fruit gems. The jelly beans were the only thing in the mix really worth the effort -- not as good as the regular Jelly Bellies, but good. The gummy slugs were absolutely repulsive...they were much waxier than normal gummy candy, forming a rather nasty-feeling substance that sticks to your teeth, and they tasted horrible, like some sort of cleaning product. I ended up picking out the jelly beans and tossing the rest....NOT worth the money! If you can pick your own hodgepodge at an outlet store, go for it, but I highly reccommend NOT buying through the mail!
