Product Description Based on Eric Carle's children's books, "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" and "Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See?," this game introduces children to the magic of story creation, while helping memory and sequencing skills. After players find all the animal cards needed for their sequence, they recite the popular Eric Carle stories they created. Includes a colorful game board, 4 bear cards, 32 animal cards and instructions. For 2 to 4 players.

Great for preschoolers and offers versatile play September 17, 2008 S. Levi (Chicago, IL) What I like about this game is that if your child is too young to fully understand how to play by the rules, or if they just don't want to, you can use the game pieces to play Memory. Each animal comes in a pair, so you can lay them all face down and find its match. My daughter likes to pull the pieces out of the box one at a time and place it over its picture on the board until all the pieces are gone, so it can be a solitary game as well. It's even more fun for them when they recognize the animals from the Eric Carle books. Would make a great gift, especially when paired with one or more of the books on which this game was based. The game pieces themselves are quite sturdy, which is nice when playing with the age group this game is intended for, but our board has a rip in it from being folded the wrong way a few times. Nothing earth shattering, but just something to note.
Easy for little ones to play April 14, 2008 Jennifer Baker (Portage, MI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this game for our son's 4th birthday. It's a very easy game to play so he caught on very quickly. However, it's just like any other memory type game and therefore, for adults, it can tend to get boring. The kids like it though.
Perfect for preschoolers February 24, 2008 A. Davis (New Jersey USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My son received this for his 3rd birthday. It's a great family game and it ties into one of his favorite books, "Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?". The rules were easy to learn and we started playing right away. This game helps with memory, recognition, pronunciation of some more advanced words (like "macaroni penguin") and turn-taking. It is easy to enjoy and doesn't take too long (but isn't too short). Most importantly, my son likes to play this game and often pulls it out and wants to play with us. I definitely would recommend this game to others with toddlers and/or preschool aged children. Especially to those who know/love Eric Carle's books.
Our Kids Love This Game November 24, 2007 A. Haskiell (West Virginia) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Both our 3 and 6 year old love this game. We have the Brown Bear book so they relate it to the game. (Even without the book, they would like the game.) We are trying to get our 3 year old to learn his colors and this game helps with that. It also is a memory game. Also, does not take long so great for short attention spans!
super great game for kids!!! July 9, 2007 Lauren Williams 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
