this ice crusher works nicely, for the price! only wish i could put in more then one cube at a time. i guess i need a bigger ice crusher for that.
Not What I Expected December 25, 2007

This product does the job, but it is noisy and slow. It can accommodate only one ice cube at a time. I bought the product to crush ice for cocktails and find that it crushes the ice too finely for this purpose. Tends to make for watery drinks.
WORKS BUT FALLS APART EASILY September 19, 2007

This is the second Deni 6000 Ice Crushers that I have bought. The first time I thought maybe I had did something wrong the reason why it completely fell apart on me. The first one I bought took almost a year to fall apart so I felt maybe I had gotten my monies worth. So, I decided to purchase another one because believe me, this thing does a wonderful job when it comes to crushing ice and gives the consistency that you would love. But, on the other hand, within 1 week of having my ice crusher, metal parts showed up in my ice indicating that pieces of the ice crusher was falling off. My crusher is still operable, and I still love the consistency of the ice, its just that I have lost like two metal parts within a short period of time. I believe I am going to try something new the next time because I'm sure this one will not last even a year.

Deni 6000 Ice Crusher
I purchased the Deni 6000 ice crusher because my new refrigerator didn't come with one. I didn't want to pay a lot, because how often do you really need crushed ice? The is a great little ice crusher, especially for the price! It produces a nice, uniform particle size perfect for drinks or snow cones. It's the perfect size, too.
